【摘要】 目的：：观察走罐治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的40例患者随机分为两组，治疗组(走罐治疗)20例，对照组(口服胃复安)20例。结果：治疗组有效率为90.0%，对照组有效率为60.0%，两组对照有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：走罐治疗顽固性呃逆具有满意的疗效。
